March EPIC-Network Call: EPIC Life Hacks

This call, the “EPIC Life Hacks” theme is reincarnated to inspire conversations about tips, tricks, and tools to make processes in life and in EPIC work easier.
Participants should come prepared to talk about how they stay organized while managing multiple projects with multiple partners. E-mail, to-do lists, Excel spreadsheets, project management software… it’s all on the table. Let’s get in the weeds and learn from each other some quick and effective ways to stay organized.
Kelly Conforti Rupp is the program manager of UniverCity Year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She will start the conversation by sharing her simple strategy for managing her to-do list and looks forward to learning about other techniques.
Facilitator Bio
Kelly C. Rupp is the program manager of UniverCity Year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In this role she coordinates projects between university faculty and community partners, manages the program’s strategic communications plan, and organizes events. In her spare time she publishes stuff on her website, kellyrupp.com, including her recent e-book, “Eat. Listen. Learn. The busy person’s guide to a personalized diet.” She holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from UW-Madison.
More about the EPIC-Network Call Series
The main goal of this call is to connect. As part of the EPIC-Network Call series, individual members volunteer to facilitate conversations on subjects they find crucial to the success of some aspect of the EPIC Model, program management, or other topics. The call is not usually recorded, however, notes are taken and shared with anyone who RSVPs “Yes” or “No” to the event.
This call is part of the EPIC-Network Call series which is open to anyone looking to start, support, and/or improve an EPIC program. The audience of the call may change slightly from month to month. The RSVP form will note which audience is of focus for each call. Organizers use Zoom conference and video call software to connect parties.
