Did you know how beneficial a roundabout could be in the city? Roundabouts are very creative ideas that would help the traffic and our environment a lot and make the city look nicer. The City of Lemon Grove plans to construct the 2022 Village Core District Street and Sidewalk Improvement. Our plan is to stimulate several important changes to downtown. These changes will provide for vibrant pedestrian- friendly and transit-oriented situations on Broadway. These plans also detail the stormwater will treat the storm water in the area as well as redesigning the medians and the structure of the road. We provide plans and studies that will serve as guidance to decision- makers, who are in charge of this project. JASAV intends to maintain Lemon Grove’s downtown “village” character.
